### 1. Shipping Policy
* **Processing Times:** All orders are processed, prepared, and shipped within **1 to 3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your package is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
* **Estimated Delivery Times:**

  * The average delivery time varies between **7 and 21 business days**, depending on the destination country.
  * Please note that potential delays caused by transport companies or customs inspection procedures in the destination country are beyond our direct control.
* **Duties, Taxes, and Customs:** International orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or local fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country. **All of these additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.** Miranae has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

### 2. Returns Policy
* **Right of Withdrawal:** In accordance with consumer regulations, you have a period of **14 calendar days** from the date of receiving the package to request the return of a product without needing to justify the reason.
* **Conditions for Return Acceptance:** To proceed with the return, the item must strictly meet the following requirements:
  * The product must be completely new, unused, clean, and in perfect condition.
  * The original packaging must be included, with tags intact and corresponding accessories.
  * Proof of purchase (such as the order number) must be provided.
  * **Important Note:** Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, washing, or that have been damaged by the customer.

* After receiving the returned package and passing the quality inspection in our warehouses, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved.
* If the return complies with the established terms, the refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.) within **5 to 10 business days**.

### 4. Defective or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item during transport, please contact us immediately (**within 48 hours following delivery**) at contact@miranae.com, attaching a clear photograph of the defect. We will arrange to send you a new replacement product or manage a full refund at no additional cost to you.
